Filament HABS 1.75mm

The spool contains: 0.9 kg. 

HABS – (Letter H comes from English HARD )  the material it is harder than its older brother UniABS. It’s relatively scratch resistance. We modified this copolymer to ( HABS) to obtain optimal  3D printing  qualities.

HABS as UniABS has very well thermo isolation qualities.  Due to chemical changes we obtain 10 C degree higher working temperatures which range is from  -15°C  to  +110°C. The density of  HABS is 1 to 1,1 [g/cm3].

As technical application HABS  as 3D filaments loose mechanical properties below -20⁰C degree.

We suggest printing temperature: table 100⁰C to 120⁰C, printing head 210⁰C to 240⁰C.

What makes HABS better as 3D printing filaments:

•         Excellent trace printing line ( very sharp line)
•         Very well adhesion layer to layer
•         Well shrinkage ( below 2%)
•         Very well , better than UniABS mechanical strong
